Parked at end of Deanfield Rd and walked up on good farm/reservoir access track, although could have driven up to the covered reservoir and parked there.jonglew22/01/2023
From Town YetholmAdrian22/01/2023
From Town Yetholm to where road turns to resr, straight on, up wood, over fence to HP in rough-ish clearing. Came down on E side of fence btw arable field and wood; better way as we were on ridge to NW corner of field when track led down to resr road and back. Sunny, views from ridge N of HP- which has restricted views. Lots of game birds- avoid shoots!pwheeler16/09/2022

Up from Town Yetholm. Very easy farm road most of the way.Andrew Simmons25/11/2020
By bike from Town Yetholm in bright sunshine. From the reservoir I crossed a field of stubble to the opposite corner and parked by a gate with an ineffectual strand of barbed wire across it. Just a short walk to the summit which was free of gorse.fasgadh12/01/2020
From track from Town Yetholm. At end of track, continue W side fence to wood. Ignore stile into wood. After a further 15m, by boulder, game keeper's track up thru' wood - NT 8133 2718. Top in clearing, not in wood or gorsecarole engel25/08/2019

Fields E of hill had crops, went from Town Yetholm. Lane going SSW with concrete strips, then grassy track to Scottish Water's reservoir. Gate on R, field edge then N side of wood. Near top step over bwf into trees, emerge to summits with gorse nearby: tussocky grass 3m from craggy edge or nicer open grassy mound.Aye Jimmy11/08/2018
Parked near the cemetery to the ESE then up through stubble field then 2 fences and a wall to get over plus vegetation at this time of year.Dugswell203/09/2017
