Logged Descriptions  (logged by 9 users)ByDate of Ascent
Straight up from Lochan to two tops. Big mistake was to descend south towards Craigmuck.lordtonult01/07/2022
Steep but relatively obstruction-free ascent just within the tree line towards the W of the lochan.sclater25/11/2021
From the forestry cp near Renagour. A substantial waymarked path leads onto the ridge of Uamh Mhor, then the Loch Well 'Ard Forest resumes normal service: close-planted young conifers guard the first 100 yards of the ridge, although conditions improve further A mossy top at around 49000097 and the OS marked point 138 are of similar height. I backtracked along the ridge and path and took the forest on the South side of Lochan a'Ghleannain, then up vegetated - and increasingly afforested - slopes to the twin tops of Duchray Hill.Nick Down117/01/2021
From middle point of the lochan, good to have a gps on these. Sunny and frozen.iangalbraith12/01/2021
8 tump bike round from parking in fc cp near renagour 2/8 up through heather from the north track at the lochan, went to bump 200m east as well.robertphillips04/11/2018
Cycle round from Aberfoyle.chalky195308/11/2017
Bike round from Aberfoyle - seventh of eight. From the lochan to the north, steep and slithery but relatively straightforward. Summit clear of trees.Colin Crawford24/01/2016
